Nanaandawe’iditaa: A Documentary Tribute

This video was created to preserve and educate present and future generations about the history of the Indian Residential School System. It is a tribute to the strength, resilience, and courage of Mitaanjigamiing’s Indian Residential School and Day School Survivors.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Survivors who bravely shared their stories, as well as to the staff and community members who helped coordinate this important project.

All are invited to watch, listen, and reflect on our shared history. Together, we ensure that the experiences of our people are acknowledged, remembered, and never forgotten.
