Hello Community youth: Are you interested in learning how to shoot a Bow and Arrow? We are looking for anyone interested in learning. Haley Broadbent will be here to teach some youth interested in learning this survival skill.

Ricing Stick Making

Lunch will be provided for participants. Those who make ricing sticks will have priority to attend the upcoming Rice Picking Demonstration trip in Thunder Bay, ON. Back To School Self Care Day

Nanicost Gym

Open to First Nation youth aged 14-26. Come out for free haircuts, manicures, waxing, and a nutrition workshop. A grab & go lunch will be provided from 12pm-1pm. Community Hazardous Waste Collection

Fort Frances Public Works Office 900 Wright Avenue, Fort Frances, Ontario, Canada

There will be a free hazardous waste collection day, hosted by the Town of Fort Frances, on September 14th
from 9am-3pm - at their Public Works building on Fifth Street West. It is open to all residents of the Rainy River District. If you have any of the items listed below, please keep them for proper disposal this coming September.

The MFN community will be collecting the items prior to the event and bringing them in on your behalf.
