August 2024 Walking Group
Starting August 9th, 2024 tickets will be given to each participant for each session attended. Every ticket earned will get you a chance to win an Apple Watch for this months prize. Nature Walk and Forest Yoga at Boffin Lake
Rainy Lake Zen Life Yoga will be hosting a Nature Walk and Forest Yoga at Boffin Lake every other week for the month of August. Please join us on Thursday, August 1st from 1-2pm. Registration is appreciated so we know how many to prepare for. A sign up sheet will be located at the front desk of the Band Office.
Ricing Stick Making
MFN GymLunch will be provided for participants. Those who make ricing sticks will have priority to attend the upcoming Rice Picking Demonstration trip in Thunder Bay, ON.
