Starting August 9th, 2024 tickets will be given to each participant for each session attended. Every ticket earned will get you a chance to win an Apple Watch for this months prize. Rainy Lake Zen Life Yoga will be hosting a Nature Walk and Forest Yoga at Boffin Lake every other week for the month of August. Please join us on Thursday, August 1st from 1-2pm.
